Anuj talks to Anupama even though she doesn’t want to listen. He tells Anupama that he is leaving because of Aadya. Anupama remembers her past with Anuj. Anuj decides to resolve things with Shruti. Anupama tells Anuj to talk to Shruti. Anuj asks Anupama why they can’t be together, even though he knows she loves him.

Anupama says Aadya dislikes her. Anuj asks Anupama why she feels guilty. Anupama says if she hadn’t come, Anuj and Shruti would be married by now. Anuj asks Anupama to support him. Anupama tells Anuj to leave. Anuj tells Anupama that he is leaving but will return for her someday. He confesses his love for her. Anuj adds that no one can separate him from Anupama. Both Anupama and Anuj are heartbroken.

Pakhi and Paritosh tell Vanraj that Anupama canceled her plan to go back to the USA. Pakhi says Anupama might take over their house. Vanraj wonders what Anupama wants now. Pakhi says Anupama hasn’t signed the NOC yet. Vanraj worries about Anupama. He decides to talk to Hasmuk about selling the house. Hasmuk overhears Pakhi, Paritosh, and Vanraj.
Anupama asks Hasmuk why he is worried. Hasmuk avoids her. He tells Leela that they are becoming an obstacle for their children. Hasmuk says it is time to stay away from the Shah house. Leela says they are already leaving. Anuj thinks about Anupama and realizes he can’t live without her. Aadya falls ill. Anuj tries to inform Anupama, but she ignores him. Anupama thinks about her past with Anuj. Anuj tells Anupama about Aadya’s health condition.
Anuj and Anupama find out that Aadya has food poisoning. Anuj thinks Aadya ate street food. The doctor advises Anuj to avoid traveling. Anupama asks Anuj to stay. Anuj agrees it is not the right time to go. Dimple and Titu make plans for the future. Vanraj asks Dimple to keep Ansh with them. He thinks Titu will get angry if Ansh bothers him. Anuj and Anupama bring Aadya home. The Shahs find out that Anuj and Aadya’s flight is canceled. Vanraj taunts Aadya, Anuj, and Anupama. He accuses Anuj and Anupama of using Aadya to stay close. Anuj gives a sharp reply to Vanraj.
