Anupama 29th January 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Anuj and Anupama are shocked and in tears. Anupama thinks back to the past. She was about to slip, but Yashdeep tried to help her. Anuj caught her. They both remember their times together and with Anu. Anupama lets go of Anuj’s hand. Yashdeep thanks Anuj for helping Anupama and asks if they know each other.
Yashdeep explains that Anupama is running the stall for Spice and Chutney. Anuj recalls his memories with Anupama. Yashdeep asks Anuj to start the fight, but Anupama, feeling unwell, leaves quickly. Yashdeep tells Anuj that Anupama had to leave because she wasn’t feeling well. Anuj is left in tears.
Ishani, Ansh, and Mahi are talking. Mahi seems distracted. Dimple asks Kavya to talk to Mahi and tell her the truth. Kavya is unsure what to say. Dimple takes Ishani and Ansh away. Mahi asks Kavya about the truth Vanraj mentioned. Hasmuk comforts Mahi. Kavya is worried about Mahi’s reaction to the truth. Hasmuk suggests keeping the truth hidden and takes Kavya to the garden.
Anupama is running on the road. Yashdeep is looking for her, wondering about her connection with Anuj. He calls out for Anupama. Mahi prays for Vanraj’s love, while Leela prays for Mahi’s wish to come true.
Anupama and Anuj are crying. Aadya wonders if they will see each other again. Anuj shouts in pain, feeling lost since Anupama left him and Anu. Anupama remembers Anuj’s hurtful words and cries, praying not to see Anuj again. Yashdeep realizes Anuj is from Anupama’s past. Anupama doesn’t want to be part of Anuj’s life now. Shruti is searching for Anuj. Vanraj and Hasmuk discuss turning their house into a tower.
Hasmuk agrees, surprising Leela. Hasmuk discusses the need for change and warns Vanraj to be careful with Mahi and Kavya. Vanraj plans to prepare the house papers, but Hasmuk also reminds him they need Anupama’s signature. Vanraj is annoyed. Yashdeep offers coffee to Anupama, apologizing for the meeting trouble. He comforts her and tells her to focus on herself and deal with her pain. Yashdeep’s kindness touches Anupama.
Precap: Anuj dreams of a romantic dance with Anupama. Paritosh asks Anupama where she’s been for five years. Aadya warns Anuj not to meet Anupama, or he might lose her.

Anupama 29th January 2024 Episode Review
There is a lot of drama and emotion in this show episode. The most moving parts of the movie are when Anuj and Anupama are together. These scenes show how painful and nostalgic their old relationship was. The scene where Anuj catches Anupama as she falls and their subsequent emotional turmoil is very moving and shows how close they are but how troubled their relationship is.
Yashdeep’s part in this story adds an interesting twist, especially since he wants to know more about Anuj and Anupama’s past. The side story with Mahi, Kavya, and Hasmuk gives the episode more depth. It’s easy to understand Kavya’s dilemma: she wants to tell Mahi the truth and keep her peace. This adds to the mystery. Hasmuk’s advice to hide the truth adds to the story’s moral complexity.
How Anupama struggles with her feelings while running away and how Yashdeep treats her kindly make the audience understand her inner conflict. The episode does an excellent job of setting up future plots, especially with the preview that hinted at more trouble with Anuj’s dream about Anupama and Paritosh’s questions about her past. Overall, the episode has the right amount of drama, emotion, and suspense to keep viewers interested in what will happen to the characters.
