Anupama 28th April 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Anuj and Anupama meet in a café. At another table, a family is celebrating their daughter’s birthday. Seeing this, Anuj becomes emotional and starts crying when he sees Anupama. Titu promises to love Ansh and take good care of him. Vanraj agrees to help with his daughter Dimpy’s marriage but has conditions. He wants Titu to live in the Shah house and follow his rules. Titu accepts because he loves Dimpy.
Vanraj is surprised by his own decision. Leela asks Kavya to buy sweets for Titu. Anupama asks Anuj why he called her. Anuj tries not to cry as he explains that his daughter Aadhya is having a lot of panic attacks. He asks Anupama to stay at his house to help Aadhya. He also mentions that Shruti, Aadhya’s mom, needs help because Aadhya tried to hurt herself.
Anupama is shocked. Anuj says he feels very sad because Aadhya is so upset. He knows only Anupama can help Aadhya, even though Aadhya has been angry with her for five years. He has talked to Shruti, and she is okay with Anupama coming. Shruti loves Aadhya very much and wants her to get better. Anuj asks Anupama to decide on her own if she wants to come. He says Aadhya needs her mom right now. Anuj and Anupama both cry about this.
Anuj explains that he is doing everything he can as Aadhya’s father to achieve her happiness. He doesn’t want to force Anupama to come but hopes she will. Anupama cries, seeing Anuj so upset. Vanraj questions Titu if he agreed to the conditions for Dimpy’s share of the property. Titu says he has money, but he wants a family’s love. He promises to be a good member of the Shah family and asks Vanraj to trust him. Vanraj accepts by eating the sweets but plans to cause problems between Dimpy and Titu later.
Anuj talks to Shruti about Aadhya’s mental health and asks if Anupama can come over to help. Shruti agrees because Aadhya’s life is more important. She hopes Anupama can help Aadhya get better. Anupama is feeling torn and doesn’t know if she should go. She wants to help Aadhya but worries about losing respect at Anuj’s house. She decides to visit but not stay.

Anupama comes home and tells Anuj she wants to meet Shruti first. Yashwant is upset that Anuj asked Anupama for help, thinking Anuj could hire professionals. He worries about Anupama’s feelings, but Biji reminds him that Anupama is a mother and can’t ignore her child’s pain. Anuj welcomes Anupama, and she tries to make peace with Shruti and help Aadhya.
