Anupama 22nd April 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Anuj tells Anupama not to worry too much. Anupama is shocked and asks how someone can do such a thing. Anuj explains that in the United States, it’s easy for people to buy guns. He says it’s important for parents to guide their children properly. Anupama also thinks parents should guide their kids better. Anuj agrees with her. Anupama worries that such bad events can hurt children deeply. She is concerned about Pari and Aadya. Anuj decides to help Aadya because she is upset about her friend Shruti.
The doctor tells Anuj and Anupama that Shruti is in a serious condition. Aadya is upset with Anupama. She asks why Anupama has come back into their lives and caused problems. Aadya thinks Anuj is about to start a new chapter in his life. She blames Anupama for Shruti’s situation and says she will hurt herself if anything bad happens to Shruti.
Anupama is shocked by Aadya’s anger. Yashdeep thinks it’s not the right time to meet Anupama, so he waits. Aadya is very sad about Shruti. Anupama leaves the place. Yashdeep tells Biji that they should wait before meeting Anupama.
Paritosh is upset with Anupama for being more concerned about Anuj and Aadya than coming home on time. He’s worried because Anupama wasn’t there for Kinjal and Pari. Kinjal tells Paritosh to stop arguing. She is worried about how Aadya will react since Anupama saved Pari again. Paritosh tries to make Kinjal feel better.
Anuj says sorry to Anupama for Aadya’s behaviour. Anupama feels sad for Aadya and understands she’s acting out because she’s struggling. Anuj asks Anupama how she’s feeling. Anupama says she’s used to facing problems. They both are worried about Shruti. Anuj says Aadya and Shruti are very close friends. Anupama suggests they talk about something else to feel better.
Anuj and Anupama remember the good times they had together. Anupama says memories are lovely. A nurse calls Anuj. The doctor tells him that even if Shruti gets better, she won’t be able to have children in the future. Anuj is worried about how to tell Shruti this. Anupama tells Anuj to concentrate on Shruti’s health now.

The Shah family goes back home. Ansh, Mahi, and Ishani ask Vanraj to call Pari. Vanraj finds out about a scary event at Pari’s school. The counsellor tells Anuj that kids like Aadya might think about hurting themselves. She warns Anuj to be careful with Aadya.
