Anupama 19th January 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Titu tells Dimple not to worry. They will find Ishani. Vanraj tells Titu to stay away from his family. Pakhi is angry with Dimple because Ishani is missing. Titu says a mother should always look after her child. Dimple feels sad because she thinks she has lost Ishani. Leela tells Dimple to stop feeling bad and to help find Ishani. Ishani comes back with Adhik, and everyone is surprised.
Biji takes Anupama to celebrate a festival called Lohri. Anupama thinks about India. Biji tells her to enjoy the festival and not think about India. She introduces Anupama to other people there. Anupama finds a hair extension and wants to try it. Biji helps her put it on. Anupama is pleased.
Vanraj is upset with Adhik for meeting Ishani. Adhik says he is allowed to see Ishani once a month. Adhik wants to know why he can’t see his daughter. He says Vanraj misses his sons, Samar and Paritosh, but doesn’t show it. Adhik says he has the right to see Ishani. Vanraj is shocked.
Biji helps Anupama with the hair extension. Yashdeep meets Anupama by accident. Biji introduces them. Yashdeep likes eating samosas. Vanraj is still angry with Adhik. Adhik says he will take legal action if Shah stops him from seeing Ishani. Pakhi shouts at Adhik. Adhik is not afraid of Pakhi and wants to fight for Ishani.
Yashdeep and Biji talk with Anupama. Anupama remembers Samar when she sees Yashdeep and Biji. Biji says Yashpal is not in the city, so that Yashdeep will manage the restaurant. Yashdeep is happy. Biji tells Anupama that Yashdeep doesn’t know cooking but is good at accounting and management. Yashdeep is excited about Lohri. Anupama thinks Yashdeep might be her new boss and feels she needs to impress him.
Anuj finishes a meeting. People in his office talk about spice and chutney restaurants. Anuj wants to find out more about Anupama and Joshiben. Aadya tries to separate Anuj and Anupama. She is upset because she has to lie to Anuj and Shruti because of Anupama. Anupama gives puffed rice as a gift to Biji. Biji likes it. Yashdeep tries Anupama’s sweet and likes it. Biji wants everyone to dance. Anupama thanks Biji for making her feel like she’s at home.
Kinjal asks Paritosh why he avoids Anupama. Paritosh doesn’t want to see Anupama. Kinjal misses Anupama. Anuj thinks about Anupama. Anupama imagines dancing with Anuj. Anuj is sad and says he can’t hate Anupama. He says he can’t love Shruti. He wonders why Anupama left him and why she came back. Anupama hopes Anuj is happy. Shruti tells Anuj she loves him and dreams about their future. She wants to go on a long drive with Anuj.
Anuj hides a picture of Anupama from Shruti. Anupama says goodbye to Biji. Biji asks Yashdeep to take Anupama home. Biji wishes Anupama happiness. Leela blames Pakhi for taking Adhik and Ishani to court. Pakhi is rude to Pakhi. Leela slaps Pakhi. She tells Vanraj to control Pakhi. Pakhi says she will harm herself if Vanraj takes Leela’s or Adhik’s side.

Anupama 19th January 2024 Episode Review
This episode makes you feel many different things, from sadness and stress to happiness and family drama. It does an excellent job of showing how complicated family relationships can be. The part of the story where Titu and Dimple are looking for Ishani while Vanraj doesn’t like it gives the plot more depth. A lighter, more cultural aspect is added to the episode by Anupama’s time at the Lohri festival, where she meets new people like Yashdeep and gets a hair extension.
The fight between Vanraj and Adhik over Ishani is very heated and shows how hard it is to be a co-parent and deal with family issues. Anupama is torn between her past and present, which is beautifully shown in how she interacts with Anuj and the happy atmosphere around her.
There are also legal and emotional struggles in this episode, especially Adhik’s determination to fight for his daughter, which makes the story seem more real. The emotional parts, like when Anuj is having a hard time with himself and when Pakhi fights with her family, are powerful and well done.
