Anupama 18th November 2023 Written Update: In today’s episode, Anupama hugs Anuj. Anuj wonders why Anupama didn’t call him when she was upset. He says he would have come to make her feel better. Anupama doesn’t know why she didn’t call. Anuj comforts her. He tells her that Leela is very sick. Anuj promises they will do everything they can to help Leela. He tells Anupama to wait for the next day to handle what comes. Anuj asks if Anupama wants tea or ice cream. She picks ice cream.
Hasmuk checks on Leela. He begs her not to leave him, saying he can’t live without her. He asks her to wake up and be strong. He gets unfortunate. Anuj makes cold coffee for Anupama. She likes what Anuj does. They have a good time together.
The doctor looks at the medical reports. He says Leela has blockages in her body and needs careful treatment. The doctor says they must keep checking Leela’s blood. Anupama is shocked. Kinjal and Paritosh say goodbye to the Shah family. Hasmuk tells them to be safe. Paritosh says they need to leave early for their overseas flight.
Kavya tells Kinjal she will miss her. Kinjal asks Kavya to send pictures of her baby. Kavya agrees. Kinjal and Paritosh meet Dimple. Pakhi and Adhik say farewell to them. Kinjal and Paritosh also say goodbye to Anupama. Anuj gives euros to Kinjal and Paritosh for their trip. Kinjal asks Anuj to look after the house while Vanraj is away. Anupama gives advice to Pari. She tells Pari to learn Hindi and Gujarati as well as English.
Leela asks Kinjal and Paritosh if they are leaving without seeing her. Paritosh says she was sleeping when they came. Leela says she was sleeping, not dead. Kinjal and Paritosh tell Leela to stop. Kinjal helps Leela sit on a swing. Leela says sorry to them for being harsh. She gives them essential advice. Leela blesses Kinjal, Paritosh, and Pari.
The Shah family says goodbye to Kinjal and Paritosh. Anupama thinks about the past with them and cries a lot. Anupama is sorrowful. Leela says she feels like dying since everyone is leaving. Paritosh tells Anupama they have reached the UK. Leela misses Kinjal, Paritosh, and Pari. Anupama comforts Leela.

Anupama 18th November 2023 Episode Review
There were a lot of sad and touching moments in the episode. Anupama and Anuj’s communication showed how close they were, with Anuj comforting a tragic Anupama. The plot about Leela’s health made the episode more serious and touching, and it was clear that her family cared about and loved her. An emotional mix of sadness and heartfelt goodbyes filled the goodbyes with Kinjal and Paritosh.
There were some funny parts between the sadder parts of the episode, like when Anupama picked ice cream over tea. This gave the episode a nice touch of normalcy. Overall, this episode did an excellent job of showing how family, love, and dealing with life’s unexpected problems work.
