Kinjal insists that Aadya cannot control Anupama’s love and urges Anupama to choose her happiness over Aadya’s threats. Devika encourages Anuj to fight for his love, explaining that he needs Anupama. She urges him to bring her back. Kinjal also asks Anupama to call Anuj, and both Anuj and Anupama call each other simultaneously. Anupama tells Anuj she can’t live without him, and Anuj confesses his love for her. He decides to visit her, making both of them happy.
Devika calls Anupama, and Anupama thanks Devika and Kinjal for their support. Devika invites Anupama to come to the USA, but Anupama is hurt. Aadya learns that Anuj is bringing back Anupama. Kinjal, Kavya, Paritosh, and Dimple celebrate Anupama’s decision. Vanraj calls Anupama manipulative, and Paritosh and Pakhi speak against her. Kavya chooses to ignore Vanraj, Paritosh, and Pakhi.
