Anupama 12th May 2023 Written Update: In today’s episode, Vanraj asserts that the Shah family belongs as much to Anupama as it does to him. He even contends that it belongs more to her than to him. Vanraj requests Anupama to promise that, should anything happen to him, she will care for Hasmuk and Leela in his stead. He seeks nothing more from her than this promise. Anupama pledges to honor his request, which causes Leela to question if something has happened. Anupama dismisses the query, stating she needs to depart for her dance class.
After the class, Kinjal tells Anupama they must visit another place. Upon Anupama’s query, Kinjal discloses that they are heading to the location she had discussed with Kanta. Kinjal has arranged for Anupama’s admission to Malti Devi’s dance Gurukul, leaving Anupama stunned. The Shahs express curiosity about Malti Devi. Samar and Kinjal reveal that Malti Devi is a renowned classical dancer.

Feeling intimidated, Anupama confesses to Kinjal that she is too nervous to dance before Malti Devi. She confides to the Shahs about her childhood dream of learning dance under Malti Devi’s tutelage, which remained unfulfilled as Malti Devi moved to the USA. Leela reassures Anupama, asserting she is already a proficient dancer, while Kinjal insists that one can always learn more. Feeling a lack of confidence, Anupama repeats her fear of performing in front of Malti Devi. However, Anupama decides to try it with Samar, Pakhi, Hasmuk, Paritosh, and Vanraj, who encourage her. She agrees to dance for Malti Devi, who selects the world’s best dancers.
Kanta questions the reason for Anupama’s newfound joy. Anupama reveals to Kanta that Kinjal has secured her admission at Malti Devi’s Gurukul. Overjoyed, Kanta blesses Anupama and encourages her to be unstoppable and move forward. Bhairvi, curious, asks if Anupama has plans to dance elsewhere. Anupama informs Bhairvi about Malti Devi, explaining how, just like she is a teacher to Bhairvi, she is her teacher. Bhairvi understands and asks if she can accompany Anupama, to which Anupama agrees.

Paritosh suggests Kinjal quit her job to care for the house, arguing that Anupama could have managed everything if Kinjal hadn’t sent her to Malti Devi’s Gurukul. He questions how much Leela can handle independently, from household chores to caring for Vanraj and Paritosh.
As Anupama and Bhairvi head to the Gurukul, Kinjal challenges Paritosh, asking what harm would come from Anupama living out her dream. Vanraj agrees with Kinjal, acknowledging that he and Leela were the reasons for Anupama’s shattered dreams in the past.
