Anupama 11th May 2023 Written Update: In today’s episode, Pakhi, Samar, and Kinjal are pleased to hear from Leela and Hasmuk that Vanraj is in stable condition. When Leela informs Anupama that Vanraj wishes to see her, Hasmuk reminds Anupama that she isn’t obligated to do so if she doesn’t feel comfortable. However, Leela urges Anupama to meet him. As Vanraj awaits her, Anupama finally decides to visit him.
Vanraj confesses to Anupama that Kavya has left him, revealing his new-found realization of the brevity of life following his heart attack. He humorously remarks that no one can now say he lacks a heart. Vanraj tells Anupama that despite their broken relationship, she still holds a special place in his heart. He expresses remorse for hurting her and begs for her forgiveness.

Anupama, however, corrects him, explaining that Kavya didn’t leave voluntarily but was compelled to. She imparts the wisdom of needing to protect relationships, to which Vanraj agrees. As his health deteriorates, Anupama advises him to rest, and Vanraj thanks her for coming.
Leela prays fervently for Vanraj’s swift recovery and shares her guilt with Hasmuk about undervaluing Anupama, which they’re paying for now that she’s gone. Hasmuk confronts Leela about her changing attitudes during tough times, stating it’s not her true nature. He rejects Leela’s suggestion of inviting Anupama back into their lives, arguing that Anupama deserves better than Vanraj, even if she’s not with Anuj. Leela counters, saying there’s no harm in wanting Anupama back, and admits she’s not entirely right or wrong in her stance.
Pakhi, Samar, and Paritosh engage in a heartfelt conversation, expressing regret for their pain caused by Anupama and Vanraj. Paritosh especially laments his inability to shoulder household responsibilities and continued dependence on Vanraj. A tearful discussion ensues, during which Kinjal comforts them. Samar expresses his gratitude to Kinjal for stepping up in Anupama’s absence. Pakhi notes that Kinjal’s presence has eased the void left by Anupama. The four then pivot the conversation to Anuj and contact Devika to gather more information about him, acknowledging their distrust in Maya.
Meanwhile, Kanta and Bhavesh agree to avoid discussing Anuj in front of Anupama. When Anupama returns, Kanta reprimands her for rushing to the hospital for Vanraj. Anupama clarifies that she went for the sake of Hasmuk, the children, and Leela. She further asserts that she wants neither Anuj nor Vanraj in her life.
Upon Vanraj’s return, he is warmly welcomed by the Shah family. Despite Leela’s insistence that he rest, he desires to return to work. Vanraj remarks that there’s no rest for the primary breadwinner of a middle-class family, a sentiment Anupama silently agrees with. As the Shahs invite him inside, Vanraj requests Anupama to join them.
However, Anupama declines to cook for Vanraj, rejecting Leela’s request. Vanraj asks Anupama to join him, intending to share his fears. He confesses his concerns about what might happen to Hasmuk and Leela should anything happen to him, admitting that Anupama is the only person he truly trusts.
