Anupama 5th September 2023 Written Update: In today’s episode, Adhik tells Romil that he’s lucky he didn’t go to jail. He tells Romil, though, that it won’t happen again. Romil believes Ankush didn’t steal because he trusts him. Anupama also thinks that Romil is not guilty. When Romil asks how she knows, Anupama says that, as a mother, she can tell when someone is lying.

Romil asks Anupama why she doesn’t help him if she knows he’s not guilty. Anupama says that she needs evidence. Romil feels down. Romil tells Anupama that she is the first person who has trusted him.
Adhik goes to find some water. Anupama gives him sweets and tells him that he almost got Romil arrested. Adhik asks her how she can tell. She says that’s what the housekeepers told her. Adhik says that there were no helpers there. She asks him how he knows. Barkha told him, he says. Anupama finds that odd because Pakhi said nothing about finding money in Romil’s room. Adhik’s lie is found out.
Pakhi steps in and tells Anupama to stop talking about Adhik. She stands by Adhik. Pakhi needs to see the truth, says Anupama. Pakhi tells Anupama not to get involved in her wedding.
Anupama tells Adhik to be careful when he smiles. She is unlike Pakhi, who will let him do tricks on her.
The Shahs prepare for Rakshabandhan. Dimple would like to give Adhik a Rakhi. Vanraj, though, says Adhik can’t come to his house—Vanraj and Dimple fight. Leela is asked to make sweets by Kinjal. Kavya wants to make a cake with carrots. Leela says that only Kinjal can make food. Again, Dimple and Leela disagree.
Both Anuj and Anupama talk about sending Romil to a hostel. Anupama says that Adhik made Romil do it. Anuj is angry. Adhik says to Barkha that he was honest. Barkha is afraid that Anupama will tell her to leave. Adhik wants to take over the business that Kapadia owns. Before it’s too late, Anuj and Anupama want to stop Adhik.
Precap: Anupama asks Adhik where Pakhi is because she hasn’t been seen. Adhik thinks that Anupama is to blame. Anupama cares about Pakhi.
