Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 9th September 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Manish thinks about Akshara. He worries that Ruhi and Abhira are like sisters. Ruhi praises Abhira for hosting the ceremony. She asks if Abhira is happy. Abhira then asks Ruhi if she is not happy for her. She also confronts Ruhi about sending Manish away. Ruhi tells Abhira to stop acting like she has a right over Manish.

Meanwhile, Manish regrets not answering Akshara’s call and feels bad about cutting ties with her. Manish’s health gets worse, and Swarna and Surekha are worried about him. The doctor says Manish could have a heart attack at any time and suggests taking him to the hospital. The doctor calls an ambulance. While waiting, Abhira becomes worried. She insists that Arman take her to Manish’s house.

Abhira is very anxious about Manish. His heart stops, and Abhira says Manish cannot leave her alone. Swarna and Surekha see Abhira’s distress. Abhira tries to motivate Manish to live for her. Thankfully, Manish’s condition improves, and the doctor says he is out of danger. Manish opens his eyes. Abhira decides to stay with him. She comforts Manish. Surekha suggests that Abhira and Arman take a break. However, Abhira still wants to stay by Manish’s side.
Swarna and Surekha encourage her to leave. Arman promises to bring Abhira back if Manish needs her. He tells Abhira to rest. Swarna asks Abhira not to tell Ruhi about Manish’s condition, but Abhira thinks Ruhi should know. Swarna believes Ruhi can’t handle the news and asks Abhira to keep her visit a secret. Abhira and Arman agree to Swarna’s request.
Later, Kaveri asks Abhira to plan another function. She challenges Abhira to involve her parents’ blessings in organizing it. Arman tells Kaveri to stop bothering Abhira. Kaveri mentions that since Abhira claims her parents’ blessings are helping, she should plan the function again. She asks Abhira to bring gifts from the bride’s side, hinting that Abhira doesn’t have a family. Arman says that he is Abhira’s family now. Kaveri feels offended. Abhira decides to host the function again.
