Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 3rd September 2025 Written Update: In today’s episode, Abhira is seen cleaning the university. While working, she notices a black coat and remembers her painful past, which makes her restless. Jaya thanks Abhira for helping her and starts sharing her own story. Abhira wonders how she ended up in jail even without committing a crime and says that the people around her are very strange.
Jaya tells Abhira that she reminds her of someone. She explains that she once had a daughter who visited her regularly, but later stopped coming. One day, Jaya came to know that her daughter got married and told her in-laws that her mother had already passed away. Hearing this, Abhira feels bad and says the mother must have been heartbroken. Jaya then reveals that the story is about her own life. She warns Abhira that no one gets out of jail alive, saying only dead bodies leave the place.
Meanwhile, Arman grows restless, thinking that Abhira might have been hanged. Geetanjali asks him to take care of himself first, but Arman feels guilty and says Abhira is suffering because of him. He also tells Geetanjali to go inside, as he cannot bear the guilt if she falls sick standing in the rain for him.
Later, Jaya asks Abhira if she is asleep. Abhira replies that after waiting seven years, she finally got her daughter and was sleeping peacefully, but now everything is broken again. She imagines Arman and Myra visiting her, and her heart aches for Myra.
At home, Myra refuses to go to school without Arman and Abhira. She throws her bag, and Tanya scolds her when Arman’s photo falls down. Tanya warns Myra not to misbehave with Vidya and Kaveri, but Geetanjali supports the little girl. Myra is shocked to learn that Arman has married Geetanjali, and she refuses to listen to her.
Back in jail, Abhira continues her cleaning duty but faces trouble from Kesari, who tries to harass her.
