Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: In today’s episode: Abhira asks Ruhi to come into her room. Ruhi asks Abhira if she isn’t feeling insecure. She starts rethinking her decision about surrogacy. Abhira tells her that Ruhi is carrying her baby and asks her to relax. Abhira is happy that Ruhi is giving birth to her child. She decides to serve fennel (saunf) water to Ruhi. Ruhi demands coffee or tea instead, but Abhira reminds her that the doctor has advised saunf water. Ruhi agrees to drink it.
Vidya gives her blessings to Abhira, Ruhi, and Armaan. She decides to tie a protective thread (band) on Armaan, Ruhi, and Abhira. However, the band falls to the ground. Kaveri says Vidya shouldn’t tie a thread that has fallen. Abhira shares her band with Ruhi. Kaveri silently thinks that Abhira will regret her decision. As Abhira, Armaan, and Ruhi prepare to leave, Kaveri points out that Abhira forgot to tie the thread. Vidya says she forgot. Kaveri comments that everyone is already starting to forget Abhira. Abhira feels stressed.
Ruhi, Armaan, and Abhira get excited about their babymoon. Ruhi remembers Rohit when Armaan and Abhira argue. At the resort, the receptionist mistakes Ruhi and Armaan for a couple and gives a “mom-to-be” sash to Ruhi. Abhira is shocked. Armaan clears the confusion. Later, Abhira and Ruhi share the sash. A couple at the resort is impressed that Ruhi is Abhira’s surrogate. They praise the understanding between Armaan, Ruhi, and Abhira. The resort staff discusses the planned babymoon activities.
Later, Armaan and Abhira insist that Ruhi take the bigger room. Ruhi hesitates, but Abhira encourages her to relax. She thanks Armaan for understanding that she wanted to wear the sash. Armaan and Abhira share a close moment. Ruhi spots them together and remembers Rohit.
Armaan enjoys the resort. Abhira decides to help Ruhi with prenatal yoga. Armaan chooses to relax. When Abhira’s foot hurts, she asks Armaan to help Ruhi with the activities. Ruhi and Armaan feel awkward. Meanwhile, Charu tells Abhir that Kiara suspects they are having an affair. Abhir denies betraying Kiara. Charu says no one will understand their love and asks Abhir to confront Kiara. Abhir assures her he will.
Anupama calls Abhira. Abhira tells her about Shivani and Rohit. Anupama asks how she’s managing everything. Abhira replies that time will heal all wounds. Anupama warns that sometimes, time doesn’t heal and advises her to take care of Ruhi and bring happiness into her life. She also reminds Abhira to take care of herself.
Precap: Ruhi gets angry at Abhira for giving her water when she wants coffee. Abhira says the doctor has forbidden her from having caffeinated beverages. Ruhi insists, drinks coffee, and faints. Armaan and Abhira are left shocked.
