Yeh Hai Chahatein 8th August 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Kaashvi sneezes and says she’s not feeling well. She asks the guests to keep their distance from her. Nitya tells Kaashvi to remove her veil. Kaashvi quickly says she’s going to the washroom and runs away. Nitya wonders if Meera is behind all this to embarrass her. Romila tells Isha that it seems like someone else is under the veil. Kaashvi thinks she can’t go back to the hall.

After a while, Meera comes downstairs. Romila says she thinks Meera isn’t the one under the veil. Nitya insists that nothing like that could happen in her house. Romila challenges Nitya to remove the veil to prove she’s right. Nitya takes off Meera’s veil and says she knew it. Meera remembers how she entered the house through the back door and met Kaashvi. Nitya gives Meera a gift, and the Muh Dikayi ceremony ends.

Later, Nitya asks Meera where she went without telling her. She reminds Meera that she’s her mother-in-law and that she can’t leave the house without informing her. Meera explains that she took Karun to the hospital and blames Nitya for his condition. Nitya scolds Meera for going to the hospital without telling her. Meera firmly says she’ll do what she thinks is right and walks away.

Arjun arrives and asks Nitya what happened with Meera. Nitya says she doesn’t know and goes inside. Arjun sees Kaashvi and asks what she’s doing there. Kaashvi tells him everything and says she should leave now. He thanks her, but she says Karun is her son, and she did it for him. She then interrupts him and leaves, crying.

Arjun tells Karun not to eat too many chocolates. Karun asks Meera to sleep on the bed, but she says she’ll sleep on the sofa. Arjun offers to sleep in the guest room with Karun so Meera can sleep on the bed. Meera agrees, and they fall asleep. Later, Karun wakes up and tells Arjun he wants to sleep in Nitya’s room, so he leaves.

Arjun tells Meera they are friends and a couple, so she should sleep comfortably on the bed. Meera lies down, and Arjun says she probably didn’t expect to deal with so much today. He compliments her for handling everything well and says he’s proud of her. He holds her hand and thanks her for saving Karun.

Meera replies that they are married, and she is Karun’s mother now. Arjun kisses her hand, making her feel shy. He tells her she looks beautiful. But all this turns out to be Kaashvi’s dream. Kaashvi tells herself she shouldn’t think about Arjun and Meera. Meanwhile, Arjun, crying, tells himself that Kaashvi hates him. He sees Meera sleeping near the balcony and covers her with a blanket.
