He tells the nurse that he is going to the bathroom. Meanwhile, Kaashvi enters the house. The nurse notices blood on Kaashvi’s saree and asks her about it. Kaashvi says it’s not her blood. She goes to Aditya’s room and sees him.

Kaashvi freshens up, holds Aditya’s hand, and says she needs to talk to her best friend. She tells him that Arjun found out about her child and is angry with her. She feels she has lost Arjun forever and starts crying. On the other hand, Arjun wonders why Kaashvi didn’t tell him about their child. He feels she didn’t have the right to keep it from him.

Kaashvi prays to God, saying that she and Arjun have lost a lot because of fate and circumstances, and pleads to save Karun. Meanwhile, Karun regains consciousness. Arjun is happy and calls the doctor. The doctor examines Karun and says he can be discharged the next day. The next day, Kaashvi goes to the temple.
The priest asks her why she looks worried. She tells him her family is going through tough times. He suggests performing a Satya Narayan puja at her house, and she agrees. Arjun asks Dadi why she didn’t tell him about Kaashvi’s love and their child. Dadi explains that Kaashvi tried to tell him, but he married Mahima, so Kaashvi didn’t say anything.
She adds that Kaashvi was devastated when the doctor said the child was stillborn. Dadi asks if Arjun wants to leave Kaashvi alone in this pain or share it with her.
