Yeh Hai Chahatein 23rd August 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Jagadish asks Meera what happened. Meera tells him that she felt like she stepped on something slippery. Arjun checks the stairs and notices some oil. Nitya mistakenly thinks that Meera is pregnant with Arjun’s child and feels guilty for trying to harm Meera. She pretends like she doesn’t know anything and asks what happened. Arjun explains everything to Nitya.

Nitya then asks Meera why she is holding her stomach. Meera assures Nitya that she is fine and can sit for the puja. Meanwhile, Kaashvi tells Pradyumna that she has a doctor’s appointment today. Pradyumna offers to go with her. At the same time, Meera tells Arjun that her stomach is hurting. Arjun asks Jagadish and Nitya to sit for the puja. He says Meera has stomach pain so that he will take her to the hospital. Arjun then leaves with Meera.

At the hospital, the doctor asks Kaashvi if she is ready to see her first sonography. Pradyumna waits outside. Arjun sees Pradyumna and thinks that he should be with Kaashvi. Arjun calls Pradyumna and says that Pradyumna has not paid this month’s EMI. Pradyumna tells Arjun that he has spent all his EMIs and goes outside to talk on the phone. Kaashvi feels happy seeing her baby. Arjun also sees the baby and becomes emotional.
Kaashvi is surprised to see Arjun there. Arjun thinks to himself that he knows this is his child. Pradyumna then arrives and asks Arjun what he is doing there. Arjun tells Pradyumna that Kaashvi is alone, so he comes to help her. Pradyumna tells Arjun that he can take care of his wife. Kaashvi then asks Arjun to take care of his wife. Arjun goes to Meera. The doctor tells them that everything is fine.
Later, Nitya gives papaya to Meera. Arjun asks Meera not to eat the papaya. Nitya asks Arjun if he thinks she mixed poison in it. Arjun explains that pregnant women should not eat papaya, and Meera is pregnant. Nitya asks Arjun why he didn’t tell this earlier. She congratulates Meera and goes inside. Jagadish hugs Arjun and says that it’s good news. He blesses Meera.
After some time, Kaashvi was happy to see her sonography report. Swati noticed this. Kaashvi fell asleep. Someone stole Kaashvi’s sonography report. Karun also fell asleep. Meera told Arjun his family thought she was pregnant with his child, so they should tell the truth. Arjun asked Meera not to worry about it and to focus on the child.
He says he wants to give his name as the father of Meera’s child. He adds that they will keep the truth hidden from his family for the child’s sake. The next day, Kaashvi realizes that her sonography report is missing, and she tells Pradyumna. She suspects that Swati might have stolen it.
