Yeh Hai Chahatein 20th August 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Pradyumna asks Mahima how she could do such a thing to Kaashvi. Arjun removes the groom’s veil and is shocked to see an old man underneath. Pradyumna gets angry and slaps Mahima. He asks her why she did this to Kaashvi. Mahima apologizes to him, but Pradyumna says she has gone mad and threatens to ruin her life. He picks up Kaashvi and leaves. Mahima thinks that if Pradyumna tells Mahendra everything, she will be in big trouble.

Later, Kaashvi wakes up and asks Pradyumna why she is wearing such clothes. She tells him that she went with Mahima to save Chanchal’s life. Pradyumna then reveals that Mahima lied to her and explains everything. Kaashvi is shocked when she sees her forehead in the mirror. Pradyumna says that he would have killed Mahima if she wasn’t Mahendra’s wife. Kaashvi is hurt and wonders how Mahima could do this to her. She says she wants to confront Mahima.

Mahima comes in, and Pradyumna tells Kaashvi to talk to her before leaving. Kaashvi asks Mahima if she didn’t think about her child. Mahima admits she went crazy with jealousy and even shows a poison bottle, asking Kaashvi to kill her. Kaashvi questions how Mahima could get so jealous. Mahima apologizes, but Kaashvi tells her that their relationship is over. She warns Mahima to change her ways, or she will not spare her. Mahima thanks Kaashvi and leaves.

Meanwhile, Karun tells Meera that he has failed his exam. Meera is surprised and asks how that’s possible. Nitya remembers Karun failing because she bribed the school peon to switch his answer sheet. Karun cries and says he should have studied with Nitya. Nitya comforts him and secretly vows not to let Meera take Karun away from her, accusing Meera of teaching Karun wrong answers on purpose.

Arjun comes in and asks what’s going on. Jagadish explains everything to him. Arjun questions Nitya, but Karun stops him and blames Meera for his failure before going inside. Nitya insults Meera by comparing her to a servant and leaves. The next day, Pradyumna tells Mahendra that he has decided to move to his old house with Kaashvi. Mahendra tells him that the old house is a palace and convinces Kaashvi to move there.

Meanwhile, Arjun advises Meera not to take Nitya’s words seriously. Meera begins to suspect something is wrong with Karun’s exam results. Later, Arjun meets Ronak and learns that Kaashvi will stay in Faridabad. He catches Kaashvi when she almost falls (the title song plays in the background). Pradyumna arrives, gives Arjun some chocolate, and takes Kaashvi away.
