Aditya is happy about Shanti’s death and thanks God. Meanwhile, a nurse tells Arjun that Aditya isn’t opening the bathroom door. Arjun knocks on the door. Kaashvi arrives and learns that Aditya isn’t responding. She says that Aditya had a rough day and must be weak. She asks Aditya to open the door. Arjun breaks the door.

Aditya asks Kaashvi for help and apologizes for causing trouble. Kaashvi tells him she doesn’t mind helping him and wants him to get better. He promises to recover because she is with him. She assures him she will always be there for him. Arjun leaves and tells Jagadish he is worried about Kaashvi because she has nowhere to stay.

Mahima says she knew Arjun would suggest bringing Kaashvi to Bajwa’s house. Arjun explains that Kaashvi saved Karun’s life, so they should be grateful. Kaashvi asks what’s happening. Arjun asks Kaashvi to stay with Aditya at the Bajwa house until she finds a place. Kaashvi initially refuses, but Jagadish convinces her.
Kaashvi tells Aditya about his discharge from the hospital. Aditya asks where they will stay. She suggests staying at the Bajwa house if he is comfortable with it. He prefers staying at a hotel, and she agrees. Arjun intervenes, saying Kaashvi can’t care for Aditya alone, so Aditya agrees to stay at the Bajwa house. Later, Jagadish thanked Kaashvi. Mahima offers to cook, but Kaashvi insists and asks Mahima to go to Karun. Mahima argues that Kaashvi is a guest and should rest, then goes to the kitchen.
After some time, Aditya drops a spoon and says he doesn’t want to eat because he feels too weak to hold the spoon. Kaashvi feeds him. He tells her he is lucky to have a wife like her. Mahima praises them, saying they are good people. Arjun becomes jealous and leaves. Kaashvi notices that Arjun is upset. Everyone goes to sleep.
Aditya tells Kaashvi that he knows she loves Arjun and urges her to confess her feelings to him. Kaashvi says Aditya needs her. He insists she shouldn’t waste time and offers to prepare fake divorce papers to end their fake marriage. She thanks him and leaves. Kaashvi tells Arjun that she loves him. Arjun is happy and hugs her. She informs him that Aditya already knows about her feelings.
