Yeh Hai Chahatein 17th May 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, a doctor tells Kaashvi that she only has a minor hairline fracture. Arjun thanked Kaashvi for giving him a chance to re-take his exam. Kaashvi is glad that Arjun now understands she is innocent. She tells him not to thank her and explains that she understands why he was angry the previous day.
She is happy the misunderstanding is cleared. However, Arjun laughs and accuses her of pretending. He reveals that he knows about everything she has done and asks if she sent goons to attack him, shocking Kaashvi. Arjun recalls how Kaashvi saved him in Isha’s case, protected Karun from a tiger, and helped Jagadish with their neighbours.
He accuses her of trying to prove how good she is and tells her that he doesn’t believe her intentions are good. Kaashvi is hurt and asks if he thinks her love for Karun and Jagadish is fake. Arjun tells her that she is only pretending to care about his family. Kaashvi tries to defend herself, but Arjun says he overheard her conversation with a neighbour and saw her giving money to the neighbour.
Kaashvi denies this and asks if he thinks she could do such a thing. Arjun tells her he doesn’t trust her and asks her to stay away from him before leaving. Later, Kaashvi finds Arjun’s answer sheet in her backyard and realizes someone is trying to create problems between her and Arjun. She suspects Aditya is behind it and decides to show Arjun the proof. The next day, Mahima asks a lawyer for help and explains everything to him.
The lawyer asks if she can live with Arjun, and she agrees. He promises to make it happen. Meanwhile, Kaashvi tells Arjun she will prove her innocence, saying someone is playing with their emotions. Arjun refuses to believe her until she shows him his exam answer sheet and tells him that Aditya is behind everything.

She explains that Aditya gave the answer sheets to the examiner and might have exchanged Arjun’s answer sheet. Arjun is sceptical because Kaashvi always defended Aditya, but she insists Aditya is trying to separate them. Finally, Arjun believes her when she reveals that Aditya told her about a raid on a red-light area. Arjun apologizes for not trusting her and agrees to support her in catching Aditya.
