Yeh Hai Chahatein 16th August 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Arjun finds Kaashvi’s medicine in Pradyumna’s pocket. Pradyumna tells Kaashvi that she left the medicine at home. Kaashvi thanked Pradyumna, who explained that he had been upset with her the day before, so he went to her room, saw the medicine, and brought it along. He gently touches her cheek, and she asks him what he’s doing. Pradyumna tells her that Arjun is watching them. Kaashvi tells him not to do such things because it’s her workplace.

Meanwhile, Ronak and Mahendra instruct the chef to serve all the food and drinks. Kaashvi asks Devansh to double-check everything. Meera arrives, and Arjun asks her about what happened at school. Meera tells him that Karun apologized and returned to school. Arjun is pleased to hear this. Kaashvi overhears their conversation and thanks God. Arjun is inside, and Meera, feeling dizzy, goes to the kitchen for water.

Devraj, on the other hand, tells his men that he plans to mix poison in the welcome drink. He says everyone thinks he will have an explosion, but he changed his plan. Meera overhears this. Kaashvi arrives and asks Meera what happened. Meera tells Kaashvi everything, and Kaashvi says they can’t let Devraj succeed. They both rush into the kitchen. Kaashvi knocks over the poison bottle and scolds Devraj, telling him that he underestimated them and that she won’t let his plan succeed. She warns him to surrender.

Devraj mockingly apologizes and says he should kill the person who ruined his reputation. Devraj’s men hold Kaashvi and Meera while he tells them that he will win this time. He forces them to drink the welcome drink, saying they should tell him how it tastes if they survive, then laughs. Arjun starts searching for Meera and learns that Kaashvi is also missing. He wonders where they both went and tells Ronak that he feels uneasy.

Kaashvi tells Devraj that he is doing wrong and that her team will arrest him. Devraj responds that nothing will happen to him because he will kill everyone. He then forcefully makes Meera and Kaashvi drink the poison, saying they are free now. Both Meera and Kaashvi start coughing, and Devraj laughs. Kaashvi manages to pick up Arjun’s call and asks him to come to the kitchen, but Devraj grabs the phone from her and breaks it. He says that Kaashvi ruined his plan again and then escaped with his men.

Arjun and the others rush to the kitchen. Arjun catches Devraj and beats him up, demanding to know what he did to Kaashvi. Ronak tells Arjun to go to the kitchen. Mahendra and others take Devraj and his men away. Arjun enters the kitchen and finds Meera and Kaashvi there. Mahendra also comes in and goes to Kaashvi. Arjun tells Meera that he won’t let anything happen to her. Mahendra notices the poison bottle and informs Arjun about it. Arjun wonders who to save between Meera and Kaashvi.
