Udne Ki Aasha 19th September 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Sachin becomes very worried after hearing about Paresh’s critical condition. Paresh recently had a major heart attack and is in the hospital. The doctor cannot say anything because Paresh’s heart is not getting enough blood. After doing some tests, the doctor will know the exact problem. Sachin and his whole family are tense when the doctor fails to determine what is wrong. Renuka breaks down in tears and blames Sachin for everything.

Sachin hopes that his father will be fine within a day. Roshni and Tejas try to calm Renuka and ask her to eat something. At Shobha’s house, she requests her daughter, Sayali, to speak to her husband. But Sayali does not want to contact Sachin. Even last night, Sachin didn’t come to meet her at the door. Angry, Sayali decides not to return to her in-laws’ house until Sachin asks her to. Shobha worries that they may separate forever, but Sayali is firm in her decision.

Juhi suggests her elder sister start working until she goes back home. Sayali contacts several decorators and starts thinking about beginning work again. On the street, Sayali hears about Paresh’s serious condition. He is in the hospital. Sayali is shocked to listen to the news and rushes to the hospital. She is anxious as she waits for the doctor. Meanwhile, Renuka feels guilty for her bad behaviour.
Tejas asks her to eat something, but she is too upset. She remembers how Paresh cared for her when she was sick and says she will not go home alone. Sayali reaches the hospital to see Paresh. She gets the cabin number from the receptionist. Following the instructions, she reaches Paresh’s cabin, but when she sees Renuka, they all start blaming her for Sachin’s stress and Paresh’s poor health. They think Sayali’s mistakes have caused Paresh’s bad condition.
Sayali is upset by these accusations. She remembers how she cared for her father-in-law, helping him with all his tasks. Renuka keeps blaming Sayali, and Tejas and his wife also join in. Sayali is asked to leave, but she wants to see Paresh once. She is devastated when they force her out of the cabin. A few minutes later, Sachin arrives after meeting the doctor. He doesn’t know that Sayali came to visit Paresh.
