Udne Ki Aasha 14th August 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Akash and Riya spend time together. They eat ice cream. Riya asks Akash to taste her ice cream, but Akash says he doesn’t like the flavour. Being stubborn, Riya calls Akash hopeless and says he’s not romantic. Akash enjoys teasing her and keeps making fun of her. Riya gets angry, and her ice cream accidentally falls on the floor. Both of them laugh at their childish behaviour.

Joy and Mamta walk by and see the couple enjoying their time together. Mamta gets angry and wants to act immediately, but Joy stops her. He tells her to wait for the right time. Mamta is impatient and wants revenge on Akash. She strongly believes that Akash is purposely ruining her daughter’s life. At the Deshmukh house, Renuka proposes. She wants Akash to marry the girl she has chosen.

She worries that if Akash disagrees, Paresh might force him into an unfair marriage, just like Sachin’s. She taunts Sachin and Sayali’s marriage. Sachin supports his father’s decision, saying Paresh is a kind-hearted person. Paresh stays quiet, but Roshani joins Renuka in insulting Sayali. Sachin shuts Roshani up by reminding her that her father didn’t even attend her small wedding and cares more about money than his daughter.
Sayali says Roshani’s marriage was just a business deal, a marriage in exchange for a beauty parlour. Paresh tells everyone he has already chosen a girl for Akash’s marriage. He says he wants to find a girl like his friend’s daughter. Paresh adds that he once planned to marry Sachin to such a girl. Sachin gets excited and says he remembers the girl well. Sayali feels jealous as Sachin describes the girl’s qualities, leaving the room jealous.
Later, Renuka says she has decided that Akash will marry her friend Kusum’s daughter. She adds that Kusum is married to a rich man so that this marriage will be a good deal for them. Akash tries to tell his mother that he’s not interested in marriage right now, but no one listens to him. Sachin follows Sayali to the room and sees her upset with him. He tries to convince her by saying that he loves only her and no one else. He treats her like a queen. When Sayali tries to push him away, he pulls her close and hugs her tightly. Sayali feels relieved and safe in his arms.

Precap: Renuka asks Sayali to stay outside the house while some guests come to discuss Akash’s marriage. Sayali feels insulted, but when she tells Sachin about Renuka’s words, he says he will definitely stay at home for Akash’s marriage.
