Teri Meri Doriyaann 23rd April 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Sahiba discovers Akir’s sacred thread and wonders about his whereabouts. Meanwhile, Akir is shown playing on a wooden horse and talking to his imaginary friend about visiting his parents. Daljeet urges Sahiba to wake up as they need to look for Akir. Sahiba tells him that she believes Akir’s imaginary friend is involved in his disappearance, and they must find this friend to locate Akir.
When the police arrive, they report no leads. Angad instructs them to do everything possible to find Akir, and the officers agree to continue searching. Daljeet apologizes to Sahiba for not understanding her earlier request to stay away from Angad. Sahiba explains that she didn’t want to involve him in the situation, so she kept it a secret. Daljeet questions whether Angad knows Akir is his son, and Sahiba confirms, sharing details about past events at a relief camp and her opinions on Angad.
Daljeet realizes that knowing this information earlier could have prevented their current troubles. Angad is anxious about Akir. Armindergill advises Angad to stop worrying, reminding him that Akir’s parents are there to handle it. He points out that they haven’t even set a wedding date because of Angad’s preoccupation with Akir. Angad promises to set a date once Akir is found, but Armindergill warns him of the consequences if anything bad happens to Amu because of the situation.
Manveer hands a bag of money to two individuals, telling them it’s for a task she assigned. Garry approaches Sahiba, questioning why she suspects Angad. Sahiba explains that Angad is the only one who dislikes her. Garry offers to help find Akir and asks Sahiba to trust him. Later, Garry informs Angad about his visit to Sahiba, but Angad, speaking softly, says he’ll talk later and hangs up. Angad then unlocks a door, enters a room, and thinks about Akir.
Sahiba requests the police review CCTV footage from Angad’s hotel, and the inspector agrees. Biji calls Sahiba, but Daljeet takes Biji aside to talk privately. Worried about Akir, Sahiba sleeps in his room. Jasleen questions Manveer about their ability to carry out the assigned task. Manveer expresses hope but worries about the consequences if someone finds out. When Garry asks what they’re discussing, Manveer and Jasleen stop talking, raising Amu’s suspicions about them hiding something.
Biji confronts Daljeet for keeping secrets from her. Daljeet fears Angad might take Akir away, but Biji reassures him. Harmeet reflects on her past, feeling Amu is suffering for her misdeeds. When Amu finds Harmeet taking several sleeping pills, she expresses concern, but Harmeet suggests Angad seems overly interested in Sahiba and her son. Amu reassures her, expressing her trust in Angad.
A suspected kidnapper, dressed in a lion costume, sneaks into Akir’s room looking for something. Sahiba wakes up and confronts him, but he flees through the window. Sahiba chases and catches him briefly, noticing he wears white shoes. The kidnapper escapes, tearing part of his costume. When Sahiba runs into Angad, she notices he’s wearing the same white shoes as the kidnapper.
