Maati Se Bandhi Dor 4th August 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Rannvijay accepts gifts from Aaji for his family. Vaiju thanks him for not being angry about her Aadhaar card. Rannvijay admits he might have been rude but never wanted anything bad to happen to her. He is happy they can part ways on good terms. The Sarpanch tells Rannvijay that the police have caught Jaktab. They thank Rannvijay and apologize for supporting the wrong person. The villagers give Rannvijay a custom T-shirt for the Dahi Handi event.

After many requests, Rannvijay agrees to participate. The Sarpanch and villagers leave to organize the competition. Jaktab, in police custody, manages to unlock himself and escapes when a constable goes to remove a branch from the road. Meanwhile, Jaya and Vasundhara are decorating a swing for Lord Krishna for Janmashtami. Vasundhara says married couples should do the puja together. Sulekha mentions Rannvijay being too busy and leaving Jaya alone soon after marriage.

Jaya defends Rannvijay, saying that just like Lord Krishna is always around, Rannvijay may not be present physically, but she feels his presence. Vaiju decorates the swing, and Aaji mentions it’s her first Janmashtami after marriage. Rannvijay and Kailash bring Lord Krishna’s idol, and Rannvijay and Vaiju place it on the swing together. Jaya looks at Rannvijay’s photo on her phone. Rannvijay’s family brings in another idol, and Jaya also places it on a swing. Aaji asks Rannvijay and Vaiju to do the puja together while Jaya does it alone.

The Janmashtami Dahi Handi competition is set up in Jhumri Patan. Rannvijay wears his custom T-shirt and gets ready to participate. The Sarpanch starts the competition and asks if Rannvijay will break the handi. Rannvijay accepts the challenge, and Vaiju steps in, saying she will do it. Aaji says Vaiju breaks the Dahi Handi every year. Rannvijay accepts the challenge, vowing to win. As he breaks the coconut, Aaji asks Vaiju to touch his hand. Jaktab enters the competition, hiding his face with a towel.

It starts raining, and both Rannvijay and Vaiju climb their respective sides. Both reach the top while Jaktab aims his gun at Rannvijay. Vaiju notices and shields Rannvijay, taking the bullet. The Sarpanch calls for an ambulance, and Vaiju tells Rannvijay to leave for his village. Rannvijay tells Aaji to go inside while he takes Vaiju to the hospital. Jaya calls Rannvijay to ask what he wants for dinner, unaware of the situation. Rannvijay carries Vaiju in his arms, and Ragini reassures him that nothing will happen to Rana. Jaya, however, is worried about Vaiju. The episode ends with Rannvijay panicking as Vaiju falls unconscious.
