Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein 9th August 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Thakkar’s family wins the tug-of-war against the Bhosle family. The Thakkar family members tease the Bhosle family. Raju says this win means that Savi and Rajat’s wedding will happen in the Gujarati style. Bhagyashree tries to feed sweets to Isha, but Isha leaves with her family. Rajat comes home and sees his family members celebrating.

He reminds Bhagyashree about Lawyer Wadia’s warning that they could lose Sai’s custody if Ashika finds out about the marriage. Bhagyashree says Savi will be his wife, so they should at least follow their customs. Rajat tells her to do what she wants but says he will focus on saving Aman from jail. He promises not to spare the person who framed Aman in a false case. Lucky feels worried and thinks about stopping Rajat from finding out the truth.

Later, Lucky hires someone to rescue Aman from jail. Lucky’s friend asks why he’s trying to save Aman when he was the one who framed him out of revenge. Lucky says his brother hired a private investigator, so he doesn’t want Rajat to know he was behind Aman’s arrest. Isha and her family watch YouTube videos on how to do a Gujarati engagement. They hear the doorbell. Mrunmayi opens the door and gets emotional when she sees Latha.
She hugs her mother. Isha and the family are surprised to see Latha. Savi tells them that she brought Latha home. Isha, thanks, Savi. Latha tells Mrunmayi that she trusts her and asks her not to cry. Harini reminds Mrunmayi that she needs to help with the arrangements. Isha and Latha plan to make Savi’s wedding a grand celebration. Bhagyashree checks the list of items needed for the engagement. She hears the sound of drums and happily shouts to her kids that their uncle has arrived. Isha and her family hear the sound and comment on Bhagyashree’s excitement.
Bhagyashree greets her brother’s family. Later, she decides to chat with them and invites them into the house. Harsh asks Ashika why she hadn’t told him earlier that she had seen Rajat and Savi together at the court. Ashika asks why he’s shouting at her. She reminds Harsh that he was busy in a meeting and didn’t take her call, so it’s not her fault. Harsh asks Ashika to calm down. He suspects that Rajat and Savi are planning to get married because Ashika met Savi, and Savi said she was at the hotel to meet a wedding prospect.
Chitra said that Rajat was also at the hotel to arrange his wedding. Ashika says that can’t be true because Savi really hates Rajat. Harsh says Rajat is trying to win Savi over, and they need to find out how he’s doing it. Ashika agrees to meet Savi tomorrow to find out. Harsh agrees, and Saisha says she will also come along to meet Savi and Rajat. Ashika sends Saisha away with the nanny, Asha.
Rajat talks to Aman and assures him that he will get him out of jail no matter what. Rajat gives Aman a cold drink bottle and says there’s a single malt in it. Aman jokes that Rajat is giving him a bachelor party in jail. Rajat laughs, and the police inspector, hearing that Rajat is getting married, wishes him all the best. Harini and Mrunmayi tease Savi about getting married to Rajat. Savi asks if they are drunk and makes fun of them.
Later, Savi calls Ashika, asking if she can send Saisha to school tomorrow and making up a reason. Ashika agrees and says she will also pick Saisha up and meet her. Savi says tomorrow is her engagement so that she will be busy. Ashika asks where the engagement will be held, but Savi says she doesn’t know since Shantanu handles everything. Savi then ends the call. Ashika suspects that Savi doesn’t want to reveal the location of the engagement.
Bhagyashree plays cards with her relatives. Janaki later comments that it’s good Savi can’t have children, so Saisha won’t have to worry about siblings. Raju scolds Janaki, saying Savi loves Saisha a lot. Janaki says after hearing about Savi, she would like to meet her. Janaki’s husband suggests she see Savi tomorrow at the engagement. Janaki agrees.
