Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein 8th April 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Savi tells Ishaan to sit at the back because if he sits at the front, he needs to wear a seat belt. Ishaan tells Savi it’s okay and asks her to sit at the back instead. So, Savi moves to the back. Then, Reeva turns on the radio and tells Ishaan that he should have taken a break today because she knows he was up all night at the hospital.
Savi remembers how Ishaan stayed up all night for her. Ishaan explains he can’t take a break because there’s so much work, and they are about to start a new medical section. Later, Ishaan invites Reeva to join him in Paris to present this new medical section. Reeva reminds Ishaan that they planned a honeymoon after getting married. Realizing she spoke without thinking, Reeva says sorry to Ishaan. Savi then asks Reeva to drop her off upfront because she needs to buy some stationery. Reeva agrees and drops her off.
Afterwards, Savi wonders why she felt upset hearing about Reeva and Ishaan’s trip to Paris and why she lied to get out of the car. Ishaan notices Savi eating ice cream leisurely through the car’s side mirror. Then, Reeva drives away. Surekha invites Swati and the rest of Reeva’s family to Gudi Padwa. She also shares the happy news with Swati, saying that Harini is getting better and believes that Savi will leave the house and Ishaan and Reeva will be together. Swati thinks this is excellent news.
Ishaan tells Navya she won first place in the essay contest. The other students wonder why Savi didn’t win this time. Ishaan says Savi’s work was just average this time and critiques her. Feeling responsible for Ishaan catching a cold, Savi decides to make him a traditional remedy, Khada. Savi prepares the Khada for Ishaan. When Reeva suddenly asks Ishaan why he got so sick, Savi arrives with the Khada and explains what happened the night before. Ishaan scolds Savi for wasting time instead of studying for her exams. Savi responds to his criticism.
Surekha hopes this Gudi Padwa will mark a new start for Reeva and Ishaan. Yashwant discusses Surekha’s shopping with her. She tells him she bought dresses for the men in the family and shows them to Yashwant and Chinmay. Yashwant gets upset at the mention of Chinmay, saying he has disowned him. He believes if Chinmay returns, it will bring trouble to their home.
