Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein 7th April 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Ishaan wakes up Savi early. Savi asks Ishaan if he stayed there all night. Ishaan explains he stayed because he thought Savi might need him if she woke up during the night. He tells Savi that Pratik is coming with a mechanic because he borrowed a phone from someone passing by to call for help.
Durva and the rest of the family wonder where Ishaan and Savi have gone because they haven’t returned yet. Yashwant arrives and tells Durva and Reeva that Harini is very sick and they have gone to the hospital. Surekha is worried because nobody knows where they are after they left the hospital.
When Pratik and the mechanic arrive, the mechanic starts looking at the car. Savi wants to know if there’s a place nearby to get tea because Ishaan was cold from the rain last night. She thinks ginger tea will help him feel better. They go to have tea, and Ishaan asks Savi about what happened the day before.
Savi shares with Ishaan a sad story from her childhood about a plane hijack and how she lost her parents in that tragedy. She remembered all this the day before. Ishaan suggests that whenever Savi feels trapped or scared, she should try to remember what they did the day before. Savi agrees. While Ishaan is getting tea, Savi thinks about how important Ishaan is to her. Harini tells Savi that Ishaan has always been there for her, but she only just realized it.
Savi has a dream where Harini talks about all the ways Ishaan has helped her, including getting her a room in a hostel and supporting her after she lost her family. Harini also mentions that Ishaan married her to help. Savi starts to understand all that Ishaan has done for her. Seeing Ishaan cold, Savi lights a fire to help him dry his clothes and offers her saree’s end to dry his hair. When Ishaan asks about her sudden kindness, Savi says it’s nothing.
Later, Ishaan and Savi head back home. The family has been worried about them. Ishaan assures Yashwant they don’t need to worry. He explains how they were stuck overnight. Surekha is concerned about Harini, but Savi assures her that the doctors said Harini will recover soon. Surekha worries that once Harini is better, Savi will leave, and Reeva will move into the house.

Surekha notices Ishaan is hurt and asks about it. Savi explains how Ishaan got injured while helping Harini. When Savi tries to change Ishaan’s bandage, Surekha suggests Reeva should do it instead. Ishaan tells Savi to go to college, and she agrees. Savi can’t find a ride, so she asks Ishaan for a lift. Ishaan agrees, but Reeva reminds him of his injury and offers to drive them. Savi suggests Ishaan sit in the back, but he suggests she sit there instead, making her sad.
