Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein 4th December 2023 Written Update: In today’s episode, Isha arrives at the Bhosle Institute. She remembers how Surekha had insulted her earlier. Yashwant, Shantanu, and Nishi notice Isha. Yashwant asks Isha why she is there. Isha explains that she is on a committee checking if the institute chooses the right people for jobs. Yashwant says they do everything by the rules. He tells Shukla to take Isha with him.
Shukla does so. Yashwant wonders why Shantanu didn’t tell him about Isha’s visit. Shantanu says he didn’t know. Yashwant and Nishi then leave. Shantanu plans to talk with Isha. Savi stops her friend, takes her scooter and things, and meets Reeva. She gives Reeva a hoodie to cover her face. They enter the institute together. Reeva, thanks, Savi. Savi realizes Reeva is going wrong and guides her to the interview area.
Ishaan sees Isha and asks why she is at their college. Isha says she’s there to check if the assistant professor interviews are fair. Ishaan teases her for missing their college festival. Isha tries to explain, but Ishaan cuts her off and asks Shukla to take her away.
Savi spots Ishaan and tells Reeva he’s the institute director. Reeva gets nervous. Savi approaches Ishaan, asking him to meet someone for the assistant professor interviews. They find no one there. Savi explains that Reeva wants to interview, but the guard stops her. Ishaan tells Savi to mind her business. Savi asks if he’s okay, noting he seems upset lately. Ishaan admits he’s not in a good mood and asks Savi to leave him alone.
Reeva gets ready for her interview, hoping to get the job. Savi receives a call from Harini, who says they’ve spent much money on Ninad’s treatment and have no more funds. Savi tells Harini not to worry, saying she’ll talk to a hospital that costs less and will also find money.
Savi calls Professor Kaalra for a job like before. Kaalra says proofreading won’t make much money. Ishaan is harsh with a candidate at the interview and rejects him. Isha argues with Ishaan, saying it’s wrong to crush people’s confidence. Ishaan says his job isn’t to impress but to pick the best candidate. Shantanu stopped their argument and called the next person. When Reeva comes for her interview, Ishaan is surprised to see her.
Precap: Savi dreams of Samarth harming her family. She wakes up in class, afraid of being alone. Ishaan comforts her, saying she’s not alone. Reeva watches from afar.

The episode does an excellent job of showing how the Bhosle Institute characters face professional and personal problems. Isha’s arrival to review the institute’s hiring process adds a new and exciting element to the story, bringing up the theme of honesty at work. The subplot about Savi, Reeva, and Ishaan adds more personal stuff, which shows their struggles and goals.
Savi’s efforts to help Reeva and her family with their money show how caring and resourceful she is. The tension between Ishaan and the people being interviewed, especially when Reeva shows up out of the blue, adds to the drama. The episode also does a great job of balancing the serious parts with lighter ones, like when Savi talks to Ishaan. Overall, it’s a well-balanced episode with drama, emotion, and moral dilemmas that keep the viewers interested.
