Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein 4th April 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Savi questions Ishaan why everything is so costly at the hotel. Savi is not happy about the high prices and tells Ishaan. Ishaan feels ashamed by how Savi acts and asks her to speak quietly. Ishaan then suggests that Savi choose something to eat. Savi agrees and picks what she likes. When Ishaan notices Savi struggling with chopsticks, he shows her the right way to use them. Reeva watches them from a distance.
Reeva tells her mom and dad that they should eat somewhere else. Her parents ask what the issue is. Ishaan sees Reeva and her family and says hello. He invites them to join him for dinner. Savi also invites them. Swanand explains they are there for family time. Ishaan understands and walks away. Swati speaks about Savi to Swanand. Swanand tells Swati to accept the truth that Savi and Ishaan are together. Swati remarks.
Savi is hungry and waiting for the food. Ishaan meets his buddy Rudra and talks to him. Ishaan tells Rudra he wants to discuss the new medical section. Rudra is ready to hear about it. Ishaan takes Reeva aside to discuss Rudra’s readiness to hear about their project. Ishaan and Reeva then explain their medical project to Rudra.
Savi is still waiting for Ishaan and feels more hungry. She tries calling Ishaan, but he is busy and doesn’t answer. After hearing about the project, Rudra decides to support their medical section. Ishaan thanks Reeva for the great job. When Ishaan returns, he finds Savi left because she was too hungry. Ishaan sees he missed 7 calls from Savi. He feels sorry for not being there and goes to look for her.
Reeva tells Swati what happened. Swati remarks to Savi. Ishaan finds Savi and says sorry. He explained that Rudra was there and that he and Reeva presented their medical project to him. Savi wishes Ishaan had told her. Ishaan says sorry again. Later, Ishaan takes Savi to her favourite food place, Teju’s Corner, and they eat. Reeva sees them together and feels envious. Swanand asks Reeva if she still wants to interfere.

Precap: Savi realizes she loves Ishaan. She writes “I love you” in the classroom next to Ishaan’s picture. When she sees her classmates, she quickly closes the book and leaves. She bumps into Ishaan, and the book falls. Ishaan picks it up, and Savi quickly takes back the photo. Ishaan reads the “I Love You” message in Savi’s book. Savi says she loves chocolates and walks away.
