Savi replies that Ashika never had time for Saisha and accuses her of doing the same thing she did with Gyan. Hearing this, Ashika insults Savi, calling her a gold digger and saying she used Saisha to marry Rajat.

Saisha tells Harsh that she needs to go to the washroom. Harsh offers to take her, and they leave the courtroom. The court hearing resumes, and the judge asks the lawyer to bring Saisha to her chambers. In the judge’s chambers, the judge asks Saisha who she wants to stay with. Saisha says she wants to stay with Ashika, which disappoints Rajat’s family. Ashika praises Saisha for her decision. The judge then asks to speak with Ashika and Savi separately.

The judge questions Ashika first, asking why she wants Saisha’s custody. Ashika replies that she can take better care of Saisha than Rajat can. She mentions that she has hired two nannies to care for Saisha. The judge asks about Kian, and Ashika explains that he studies at a top boarding school. She adds that if she gets custody of Saisha, she will also attend a top boarding school. The judge tells her to leave, and Ashika exits.
Next, the judge asks Savi why she married Rajat even though she doesn’t love him. Savi explains that she married him only for Saisha’s sake. When the judge asks why Savi cares so much about Saisha, Savi says she feels a strong connection with her. She requests the judge to decide today, so Saisha doesn’t have to keep coming to court. Savi also asks the judge to allow them to visit Saisha twice a week.
Meanwhile, Aman, the lawyer, and Rajat are puzzled about why Saisha chose Ashika. Harsh arrives and says it’s because of their blood connection, mocking Rajat and Savi. Savi then arrives, and Harsh congratulates her on her marriage before leaving. Rajat tells Savi that he will send her the divorce papers and asks her to claim as much alimony as she wants. The court hearing resumes, and the judge grants Saisha’s custody to Savi. The Thakkars and Bhosles are happy with the decision. However, Ashika and Harsh question the judge for not considering Saisha’s opinion in the custody case. The judge explains that Harsh manipulated Saisha into choosing Ashika by telling her a false story. Rajat grabs Harsh by the collar, but the judge stops them. She scolds Rajat and Ashika for not genuinely caring for Saisha and warns Harsh not to manipulate children. The judge then dismisses the case, and Saisha hugs Savi.
