Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein 23rd April 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Chinmay shows a gift to Yashwant. Yashwant stops him from opening it and tells him it’s not necessary. The reporters ask Chinmay what the gift is, and Chinmay checks with Yashwant if he should reveal it to them. Yashwant tells the reporters it’s a family issue and that Chinmay won’t give any interviews. He asks Nishikanth to send the reporters away.
Surekha tries to offer Chinmay a holy offering inside the house, but Yashwant says there’s no need. Surekha then asks Shikha to give the offering to Chinmay. Shikha tries, but Chinmay only comments and doesn’t take it. Yashwant and Chinmay go to a room where Yashwant confronts Chinmay about blackmailing him. Angry, Yashwant takes off his belt and hits Chinmay. The family hears the commotion and asks Yashwant to open the door.
Chinmay warns Yashwant that revealing the box’s contents will ruin his reputation. He demands money to buy land in Dehradun and gives Yashwant 24 hours to comply. Chinmay leaves the room, and Surekha questions Yashwant for hitting his son. Chinmay threatens to ruin Yashwant’s reputation if he doesn’t get the money.
Meanwhile, Savi tries to find out what’s in the box. She follows Chinmay but loses him and spots Sachivi handing out samples for her business. The people are annoyed, and the police arrive. When the police ask Sachivi for a bribe, and she refuses, they take her to the station. Savi intervenes, claiming she knows ACP Bajirao. After speaking with Sachivi, Savi suspects Chinmay might be at the Classic Hotel and goes there.
At the hotel, Savi learns Chinmay’s room number. She convinces the staff that she forgot her key and gets them to open the door. Inside, she finds and opens the box, discovering Chinmay’s secret. Shikha meets with Yashwant and Surekha and offers her jewellery, asking them to stop Chinmay from leaving. Yashwant refuses, reminding her that it’s her bridal gift and they should not interfere with Chinmay’s decision. Shikha insists they need to respond to her concerns about her husband.
