Sai wants to know why he’s there. Virat says he visits this place yearly because he promised her, but she seems to have forgotten. He accuses her of coming with Satya to spite him.
He asks the crowd to applaud his ex-wife. Sai warns Virat that everyone is watching and asks him to calm down. She’s upset that he’s chosen to confront her at the restaurant they used to visit every year. Despite her pleas for him to stop, Virat continues to make a scene. In a fit of anger, he shoves food into her mouth. A photographer captures this moment. Satya infuriated, grabs Virat by the collar for treating Sai this way and breaking her fast. Sai asks him to let go of Virat.

Soon, Virat collapses on the table. Satya and Sai aren’t sure what to do next. Sai decides to call Mohit for help, but he doesn’t answer. So, they choose to take Virat home themselves. Satya grudgingly drives Virat, upset about becoming his makeshift taxi driver. He drives recklessly, which causes Sai to ask him to slow down. Satya gets even angrier when Virat accuses them of betrayal. When Sai suggests they stop and hire a cab, Satya refuses.
When they reach Virat’s house, his family asks what happened. Sai explains that Virat got drunk, so they brought him home. Bhavani blames Sai and Satya for Virat’s state, accusing them of ruining his life. Satya argues back, telling Bhavani that her family is ruining their lives. He mentions how Virat destroyed their first Vat, Savitri Vrat, and asks them to stay out of their lives. He then leaves with Sai.
Outside, Sai tries to soothe Satya. She suggests they return to the hotel to finish their dinner. Satya is upset that Virat ruined his plans. Sai means they can eat elsewhere, but Satya insists it’s not the same, especially since it was their first Vat Savitri as a couple. Despite this, Satya confesses that he cares for Sai as a friend and even admits he has some feelings for her. Sai apologizes and suggests they have dinner elsewhere, but Satya isn’t in the mood anymore and wants to go home. Sai agrees.

Back at Virat’s home, his family worries about his condition. They discuss his possibility of moving to another city but worry about the impact on his son, Vinu. Later, Sai tries to coax Satya into eating the masala bath she made, and after a bit of emotional persuasion, he agrees. She shows him a photo she took wearing a gift he gave her, which makes him happy.
Bhavani and Sonali later discuss how Sai’s influence has made Satya more assertive. The following day, Sai is reminded to request leave from the hospital for their upcoming honeymoon trip. When asked about the meaning of a honeymoon, Sai deflects the question with a story. The discussion ends with a light-hearted request from Savi to join them on their honeymoon trip.
