Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Mein 16th March 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Savi tells Ashmita that she noticed Anvi has been uncomfortable since yesterday and asks Ashmita what’s wrong. Ashmita tells Savi that Anvi’s exams are coming up soon, and the home noise makes it hard for her to study. Ashmita mentions that Anvi wants to study at her friend’s house. Anvi agrees. Later, Ashmita gives Savi some photos of her and Anvi and then leaves.
Shikha asks Ishaan to try some food. Ishaan is upset and talking on the phone about problems with a medical college. Ashmita asks Shikha why everyone at home seems worried. Shikha explains that they’re all stressed about issues with the medical college. Savi overhears this talk. Savi tells Ishaan she burned her hands because of him and asks for his help to cook for Surekha and Yashwant. Ishaan agrees.
In the kitchen, Shikha questions why Ishaan is there. Ishaan says he’s helping Savi cook for Surekha and Yashwant. Shikha, Ashmita, and Apsara let Ishaan cook. Savi instructs Ishaan, who claims he can do better. Savi challenges him. Ishaan cooks and Savi praises his cooking after tasting it. Reeva sees Ishaan cooking and questions why he’s doing it, saying she could have helped. Savi defends Ishaan’s cooking.
Yashwant arrives and criticizes Ishaan for cooking, reminding him of his important role at the Bhosle Institute and criticizing him for doing “women’s work.” Yashwant also reprimands Surekha for speaking out and leaves. Surekha confronts Savi, accusing her of always humiliating Ishaan, who was just trying to help.
Ishaan explained he was helping because Savi had reacted to Mehendi. Surekha advises sticking to what one is best at. Savi insists Ishaan is a great cook and encourages Surekha to taste the food. Surekha admits it’s good despite initial reluctance but insists it’s not Ishaan’s role. She asks Ishaan not to upset Yashwant. Precap: Mukul attempts to harass Anvi in her room. Anvi resists and questions Mukul’s actions. Mukul insists on making advances despite Anvi’s discomfort. Savi arrives and sees what’s happening, causing Mukul to leave. Savi tells Ishaan about Mukul’s actions. Ishaan is shocked and questions how Savi could make such an accusation.
