Meenu explains that Anuj only wants to remember Anuj. Anupama decides to support Meenu. Meenu is determined to help Anuj.

Devika urges Anuj to eat and not worry, saying Anupama will bring back Aadya. She asks Anuj to see God’s sign to keep them close. She questions Anuj for believing Ankush and Barkha and assures him that Aadya would not take any drastic steps. Anuj blames Anupama for Aadya’s condition. Devika tells Anuj about Anupama’s accident and her current situation, saying Anupama does not deserve his hate and needs him.
Anupama pleads with Anuj not to hate her. Meenu returns home, and Leela scolds her for helping Anuj, calling Anupama her enemy. Meenu argues that as a doctor, she has a duty. Vanraj asks Meenu if she can hurt the family. Meenu decides to separate her professional and personal lives, leaving Vanraj stunned. Meenu praises Anupama.
Bala advises Anuj to take care of himself. Anupama, Indra, and Nandita discuss growing their business. Indra learns that his son is coming back to take her. Anupama warns Indra.
