Anupama 19th November 2023 Written Update: In today’s episode, Barkha tells Malti that she is surprised Paritosh and Kinjal left Leela and Hasmuk. Malti thinks Kinjal left because Anupama can care for Leela and Hasmuk. Barkha thinks Anupama is too involved with the Shahs. Anuj defends Anupama against Barkha and Malti’s complaints.
Anu, feeling sick, wants Anupama. Anuj tries to comfort her and decides to call a doctor. Meanwhile, Anupama is busy cooking for the Shahs and handling her work and house chores. She also remembers to buy things for Anu. Anuj calls Anupama home as Anu’s fever gets worse. Hasmuk tells Anupama to go to Anu.
Anupama returns and looks after Anu. They worry as Anu’s fever seems unusual. Anuj plans to get medical tests for Anu. Anupama persuades Anu to agree to the tests and makes her take her medicine. At the Shahs’, Hasmuk cooks, and Kavya feels terrible for him. Anupama worries about who will care for Leela and Hasmuk. They discuss options, but Pakhi refuses to help. Anuj supports Anupama’s decisions.
Pakhi listens to music instead of helping. Dimple gets angry with Pakhi. A fight happens, and Hasmuk asks them to leave. Leela’s health gets worse. Kavya tells Anupama, and Hasmuk asks her to rest. Pakhi leaves the house. Dimple and Kavya plan to help Hasmuk and Leela.
