In today’s episode, the doctor tells the Shahs that there is no need to call the police. He explains that Raghav used to take medication, but it seems he stopped midway. The doctor says Kartik sent him to check on Raghav. Anupama clarifies that she called Kartik. The doctor decides to examine Raghav. Leela asks the doctor to prepare an injection, but Anupama stops her. Raghav pleads with Anupama not to send him back. He promises to work. Anupama gets emotional seeing Raghav.
Aryan claims that the Kotharis’ luxuries belong to him. He demands juice and speaks rudely to the staff. Rahi asks Aryan to behave. She tells him that although he faced injustice in the past, it doesn’t mean he can take out his anger on everyone. Rahi tries to befriend Aryan and dreams of a happy family. Gautam sees Rahi and Aryan together and worries that their friendship will cause problems for him. Prarthana says only Rahi can handle Aryan, but Gautam tells her to keep quiet. He then decides to separate Aryan, Rahi, and Prem.
Anupama asks Raghav what triggered his behavior and who beat him. Raghav hints at Parag’s picture, leaving Anupama shocked. Ansh notices Anupama’s reaction and starts thinking about the connection between Raghav and Parag. Vasundhara says that if Prem and Rahi return, she will donate a gold necklace to God. Aryan manipulates the Kotharis into praying instead of Prem and Rahi. He further plans to take away Prem’s rights. Aryan plots against Prem.
Anupama asks Khyati to help Leela. Leela comments that Vasundhara might be upset because Anupama brought Khyati home. Anupama says Khyati will stay with them despite Vasundhara’s disapproval. Khyati decides to help Anupama at Anu Ki Rasoi. Leela opposes Khyati going and thinks about Raghav. Vasundhara decides to give Aryan a separate room and discusses it with Anil. Rahi supports Khyati, but Vasundhara tells her to stop behaving like her mother. Rahi worries about a reunion between Parag and Khyati.
Pari informs Anupama about Ishani and says she’s involved with the wrong crowd. Anupama decides to confront Ishani. Meanwhile, Aryan takes Prem’s place at the dining table. Parag misses Khyati. Rahi and Prem talk about Khyati and Parag. Leela asks Mahi where she is going. Mahi replies that Meeta is starting a jewelry business and Rahi called her for it. Leela warns Mahi to stay away from Prem and Rahi. Pakhi worries about Ishani, who is enjoying a party with her friends.
Vasundhara stops Prem and Rahi from going to Anupama’s place, saying Parag will be upset because Anupama has given shelter to Khyati. Parag, however, tells Vasundhara to let them go. Later, Aryan decides to join the business to take control of it. He manipulates Parag. Raghav apologizes to Anupama for his behavior. Anupama advises Raghav to control his anger and not add to her troubles. She then introduces Khyati to Raghav. Raghav tries to recognize Khyati.
