Anupama 12th April 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Shruti asked Anuj if he would marry her. Aadhya also wanted Anuj to say yes and moved his hand towards Shruti. Anupama felt so hurt that she cried and moved back. While doing so, she accidentally stumbled over some hot plates. Anuj saw her fall and ran to help her, but saw that Yashdeep was already there with her.
Shruti became upset because her engagement ring fell when Anuj rushed over. Anuj felt sad seeing Anupama in pain. Yashdeep checked on Anupama to see if she was okay. Luckily, Anupama didn’t get burned. She noticed Anuj was worried about her and saw that Aadhya and Shruti looked angry. She told Yashdeep she had finished her work and had quickly left the place.
Anuj had a moment to see how everyone was reacting. He felt very bad because he couldn’t forget his past as he had promised Shruti. He picked up the engagement ring and felt sorry about what happened. He said sorry to Shruti. Shruti felt unlucky because she thought Anuj’s past had spoiled her special moment. Aadhya thought Anupama had intentionally tried to get Anuj’s attention, taking away Shruti’s happiness.
She got very angry and said mean things about Anupama and her family. Anuj told Aadhya not to say bad things about older people and stood up for Anupama. He admitted he was the one at fault, not Anupama. Aadhya said Shruti made a mistake by inviting Anupama home and called Anupama bad luck. Shruti told Aadhya that Anupama had helped her fix her dress.
Aadhya left the party in anger. Shruti said sorry to everyone and took them to have food. Hasmukh was worried about Anupama. Anupama rushed to her restaurant because she wanted to focus on a competition to save her restaurant. The Shah family enjoyed Anupama’s food. Vanraj made fun of Anupama. Partiosh agreed with Vanraj that Anupama often caused problems. But the women in the family supported Anupama. Vanraj said Anupama always pretended to be good or sad in order to hide the truth.
He thought Anuj was smart to choose Shruti over Anupama, who he said ruined his engagement on purpose. He also blamed Anupama for causing problems between him and Kavya. Kavya defended Anupama, but Vanraj told her to be quiet. Hasmukh asked Vanraj to speak nicely. Vanraj thought Anupama would break Anuj and Shruti’s relationship. Leela went to see Anupama at the restaurant and tried to make her feel better.
Anupama said she was learning a new recipe. Leela gave her some tips to make the food smell nicer. Anupama liked the idea and asked Leela to teach her more. They cooked together and had fun dancing in the kitchen. They enjoyed the food they made. Anupama forgot her sadness for a while because of Leela’s kind words.

Anupama shared her plans to go to the US and learn foreign languages. Leela praised Anupama and asked her to ignore what others say and focus on her goals. Anupama agreed and asked for Leela’s help in the competition. She wanted to learn Gujarati dishes from Leela to show the world the authentic taste of Gujarat. Leela agreed to teach her, and they decided to share their knowledge.
They laughed together. Yashdeep saw Anupama happy at the restaurant. He felt sad knowing she would lose her home soon because the restaurant would be closed. Anuj thought about Anupama’s fake smile for Aadhya’s sake. He wished the accident never happened. He felt it was his mistake to react badly when Anupama wasn’t at fault. He saw Aadhya damaging the dress Anupama had fixed and went to talk to her. Shruti watched them.
Anupama locked the restaurant and talked to it lovingly. She felt like it was her only place. She dropped Leela at Paritosh’s house. The next day, the staff were shocked to see the bank had closed the restaurant. Vikram called Yashdeep. Anupama found the restaurant shut down. Vikram explained the bank had taken it over. Anupama was heartbroken. Later, she made a sweet dish for the competition but couldn’t explain it to the judges. Anuj helped her explain the dish. Anupama was worried she might be removed from the competition.
