In today’s episode, Rahi requests Parag to tell Prem and Prarthana the truth about Gayatri. She says it is important that the truth comes out. Rahi adds that Prem is unaware of the truth, which is why he hates Parag and Khyati. Anupama supports Rahi and says Prem and Prarthana deserve to know the truth. Anupama asks Khyati to let the truth be revealed.
Prem asks Vasundhara what truth Rahi is talking about. He demands an explanation. Anil says Rahi is telling the truth. Vasundhara tries to stop Anil, but he tells Prem that Gayatri died because of her mental illness. He clarifies that Khyati never came between Parag and Gayatri; rather, she married Parag to fill the void after Gayatri’s passing. Prem is shocked to learn the truth. Anil says they hid the truth thinking the children wouldn’t understand mental illness.
Anupama says Khyati and Parag are noble for bearing Prem’s hatred despite being right. Prarthana tells Prem that although he was young, she understood Khyati’s love. Prem is stunned. Rahi and Anupama hope Prem’s hatred for Khyati will melt.
Meanwhile, Leela notices Raghav is missing from the kitchen. She decides to take the spices herself. Raghav suddenly appears, startling Leela. She panics and shouts for him to leave her. Raghav tries to calm her down. Hasmuk interrupts and comforts Leela. He tells Raghav not to feel bad about her words. Raghav decides to prepare tea and a cream roll for Hasmuk.
Aryan says the focus has shifted from his issue to Prem’s hatred for Khyati and Parag. He accuses Khyati of disowning him for the sake of Prarthana and Prem. Parag agrees with Aryan and says Khyati should not have hidden the truth about his son. He declares that Khyati will have to face the consequences. Prem supports Khyati and apologizes to her and Parag for his past behavior.
Aryan insists he still needs answers. He says the Kotharis are reuniting, and demands a response from Khyati. Gautam notes that Aryan is smart and warns everyone to be cautious. Leela suspects Anupama might be at Rahi’s house. Hasmuk says Anupama wouldn’t have visited the Kotharis without an invitation from Rahi. Meanwhile, Prem apologizes to Aryan and blames himself for the injustice Aryan faced. Anupama and Rahi urge Aryan to understand Khyati and forgive her.
Vasundhara blames Khyati for hiding the truth. Prem stands up for Khyati. Vasundhara gets angry at Khyati for keeping Aryan a secret. Anupama interrupts and reminds Vasundhara that she too has hidden secrets. Parag decides it’s time to make a decision. Elsewhere, Kinjal decides to do anything for Pari’s future. Paritosh says Kinjal’s senior trusts her, and warns her not to steal money and break that trust. Kinjal is shocked.
At the Shah house, Ishani tells Pakhi to stop stalking her. Pakhi forces Ishani to marry Raja. Pari supports Ishani. Pakhi accuses Pari of wanting to marry Raja, which is why she’s stopping Ishani from meeting him. Kinjal and Paritosh ask Pakhi to stop blaming Pari. The Shahs are shocked to find a cigarette in Ishani’s purse. Parag disowns Khyati. She pleads with him not to throw her out of the house. Anupama, Prem, and Rahi support her. Prem decides to leave the house with Khyati.
