Anupama 2nd May 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Aadya thinks Anupama is trying to impress Anuj. Anupama sets her alarm to wake up early. Ansh is playing with Dimple, but she is not paying much attention to him. Ansh asks Dimple if stepfathers are bad. Dimple wants to know who told him that. Ansh shares that Vanraj told him his new dad, Titu, would scold him, and he doesn’t want a stepfather. Dimple wonders why Vanraj is filling Ansh’s head with these ideas.

Anupama prays for everyone’s happiness. Shruti calls Anuj, but he doesn’t respond. He thanks Anupama for praying and encourages her to continue, even though Aadya and Shruti might disapprove. Dimple confronts the Shah family. She asks Vanraj if he genuinely supports her marrying Titu. Leela stands up for Vanraj, but Dimple accuses him of turning Ansh against his future stepdad. Vanraj denies it, claiming Dimple wants to marry Titu and leave.
Anupama 2nd May 2024 Written Update
Kavya backs up Dimple. Vanraj and Ansh have a heated discussion. Vanraj reassures Dimple that he will talk to Ansh. Kavya is suspicious of Vanraj’s intentions. Anuj, Aadya, and Shruti join Anupama for prayer. Aadya feels Anupama is just showing off. Anupama explains the importance of prayer and invites Shruti to lead the prayer with everyone. Anupama sings a song during the prayer.
Anuj praises Anupama for bringing positivity to the home, which makes Aadya and Shruti envious. Anupama is cooking, and Anuj offers to help. He tells her to let him know if she needs anything, and she assures him she will. Anuj and Anupama prepare food together, and Anuj reminisces about their past. Aadya is searching for Anuj and is shocked to find Anupama’s recipe book. She attempts to destroy it. Anuj asks Anupama what she’s making, and she tells him it’s sweets for Aadya.
Anuj tells Anupama to focus on the upcoming competition. She decides she can handle both Aadya and the competition. Aadya gets upset seeing Anuj and Anupama together and tells Anupama to keep her distance. Aadya wants Anuj to take Shruti to the hospital. Aadya and Anupama avoid each other.
Precap: Diya tries to persuade Anupama to give Anuj another chance. Aadya finds out about Anupama’s recipe book and destroys it.

Anupama 2nd May 2024 Episode Review
In today’s episode, misunderstandings and manipulation are central to complicated family relationships and emotional turmoil. Anupama’s efforts to keep the house peaceful and happy are very different from Vanraj’s actions, especially his attempts to turn young Ansh against his possible stepfather, Titu. The family’s divided responses to Anupama’s prayer ritual bring out the tensions already there.
At the same time, Aadya’s jealousy of Anupama causes more personal problems. The episode does an excellent job setting up the next drama, especially the powerful scene where Aadya finds Anupama’s recipe book and destroys it, representing how their argument could get worse.
