Anupama 24th April 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Vanraj introduces Prateek to the Shah family, with Dimple also there. Kavya is worried about Vanraj’s reasons for bringing Prateek and Dimple together. Anuj asks Aadhya what she is up to, and she says she’s working on something special for Shruti. A doctor calls Anuj to the hospital urgently. Kavya questions Vanraj about his true feelings for Dimple and Prateek’s possible relationship.
Vanraj admits his feelings and talks to Dimple and Titu. Leela and Hasmukh ask Vanraj if he has lied to them. Vanraj denies any special feelings for Titu and doubts his career choices. Kavya defends Dimple and Titu against Vanraj. There is a big argument between Vanraj and Kavya, with Kavya deciding to support Dimple and Titu.
Anuj and Aadhya are happy to see Shruti wake up. Kinjal wonders why Pari hasn’t eaten breakfast, but Pari doesn’t answer. They spend some quality time together. Yashdeep tells Anupama he visited her in the hospital. Anupama asks Yashdeep for help finding a new home. Yashdeep offers his place, but Anupama decides to stay with Cady instead.
Anupama receives a message from Anuj showing Aadhya with Shruti, and she’s relieved to see Shruti well. She shares the good news with Yashdeep and is happy that Aadhya and Anuj are okay. Yashdeep is glad to see Anupama smile again. Leela asks Hasmukh to take his medicine, but he is upset about Vanraj’s decision.
He questions why Leela didn’t stop Vanraj from making a mistake. She defends her son and says that Prateek is friendly but unsuitable for Dimple, who loves Titu. Hasmukh worries Vanraj is forcing Dimple into a marriage she doesn’t want and will cause a disaster. Anuj comforts Shruti at the hospital, apologizing for her pain. Aadhya tells Shruti she is scared of losing her. Shruti shares her fears of being away from them. Aadhya apologizes, and they express their love for each other. Anuj is relieved when Pari is found safe.
Anupama visits to see Shruti, but Aadhya rejects her, blaming Anupama for choosing her family over her. Anupama is heartbroken and leaves. Anuj is also upset. Anupama receives news of a competition semi-final and decides to focus on winning. Hasmukh confronts Vanraj, warning him not to force Dimple into a loveless marriage like his past mistakes. He stresses that Dimple loves Titu and should not marry Prateek. Hasmukh calls Vanraj selfish and criticizes his parenting.
