Harini tells Savi that she should have stayed in the hostel and that she would have called her after they took Ninad to the hospital. Savi tells Harini she doesn’t care what Bhavani and Vinu think of her because she knows they don’t like her. She wants to see Ninad.
Vinu phones Bhavani to ask where they are. Bhavani replies they are on their way to Pune. Bhavani tells Ninad they are going to Pune for his medical care. Ninad asks Bhavani if something is wrong with him, but Bhavani says there’s nothing to worry about.
Vinu is surprised to see Savi and questions Harini for bringing her. He asks Savi to leave, but she insists on staying to meet Ninad. As they argue, they see Bhavani and Ninad’s bus arrive and stop arguing.
Swanand encourages Reeva to focus on her studies and start her life anew. Reeva agrees. Swati suggests Reeva throw away a broken flower vase, but Reeva wants to fix it to show that her love with Ishaan can also be mended. Swanand reminds her that the Bhosle family and Ishaan have rejected her twice. Reeva’s parents wonder if she will continue her college studies, and she announces her plan to join Bhosle Institute. Swanand warns her that Yashwant may not let her study there.
Savi and Vinu help Bhavani get off the bus, but Bhavani questions why Savi is there. Savi wants to meet Ninad, but Bhavani disapproves. Due to his illness, Vinu and Harini struggle to help Ninad off the bus. When Savi approaches, Ninad recognizes her.
Reeva tells her parents she won’t study at Bhosle Institute but plans to teach there. She reveals a job opening for an assistant professor and decides to apply. Her parents ask about their living arrangements, and Reeva insists she will stay alone, stating this is her battle.
Savi plays crossword puzzles with Ninad. A nurse informs them the doctor wants to see Ninad, so he goes for a checkup. Harini tells Bhavani not to worry, assuring that Ninad will recover. Bhavani hopes so for Vinu’s sake, saying Vinu will lead their family in the future and considers Savi non-existent. The doctor discusses Ninad’s health with Bhavani and Vinu, mentioning three significant challenges in treating Ninad.
Savi asks about the challenges. The doctor explains the severity of Ninad’s condition, the high cost of the surgery (Rs 60 to 75 lakhs), the limited number of capable doctors, and the urgency, as the surgery must happen within three weeks or Ninad may not survive. Savi is determined to make sure Ninad gets the surgery.
Ishaan remembers breaking a microphone in his office. He asks Shukla to dispose of it. Students approach Ishaan with problems because they can’t reach Savi. Nishikanth suggests Ishaan solve these issues for the festival to be successful. Ishaan agrees.

The episode has both dramatic and emotional parts that do an excellent job of showing how complicated relationships and family life can be. Reeva’s inner turmoil and determination to fix her relationship with Ishaan, even though they have been turned down before, give her more depth. The conflict between Savi, Bhavani, and Vinu over Ninad’s health problem makes for an exciting plot and shows how strong and dedicated Savi is.
In addition, the subplot about the Bhosle Institute and Reeva’s choice to teach there adds an exciting twist that points to future problems and changes. Overall, the episode strikes a good balance between emotional scenes and story progression. The mix of personal struggles and more significant family issues keeps viewers interested.
