He says Kanhaji keeps testing Anupama. Hasmuk decides that if anything happens to Anupama, he will never pray to any God again. Anuj asks the doctor to check on Anupama. The doctor tells Anuj that Anupama is very serious. Anuj pleads with the doctor to save Anupama. The doctor decides to operate on Anupama and also calls the police. Anuj says Anupama has to come back. Anuj, Adhya, Hasmuk, Sagar, Bala, and everyone cries for Anupama.
Anuj fears that the doctor might fail to save Anupama. He prays to Kanhaji to save her. Meenu asks Sagar about Anupama. Sagar updates Meenu. Meenu tries to comfort Sagar.
